Many clients appreciate the friendly reassurance that Express Accounts can give them, especially those who are new to the business world. They appreciate the support and ongoing advice that we can give. For instance, we will send a reminder usually by email to remind them whenever important dates are coming up such as the company return or vat return deadlines.

Many clients appreciate this as it takes a lot of stress and worry off their shoulders and they can get on with their business confident that their statutory obligations are cared for.

Clients can ring me out of normal working hours as I empathise with the fact that consulting during office hours does not suit all clients and some may need to talk or meet me on the weekend.

Also clients can be freed from a lot of the hassle that paperwork entails, for instance:

  • Most forms and returns can be submitted on-line.
  • Employees can receive an E-Payslip instead of a paper one.
  • A personal call to collect or sort paperwork.

Since its instigation in June 2005 Express Accounts is going from strength to strength now serving over 50 clients throughout South Wales.
